How do I book a stay at Harte Chalet?

What is the cancellation policy

A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the remaining balance due one week before arrival. We understand life happens and things come up, Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

hOW MANY GUEST ARE ALLOWED TO STAY

Our home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, offering a spacious and relaxing setting for families or small groups to enjoy.

What time is check in and check out

Check-in is 3:00 PM, check-out is 12:00 PM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate when the schedule allows.

Are pets allowed at Harte Chalet?

We’re sorry, but pets are not permitted at this property.

IS THERE A MINMUM NIGHT STAY

Yes, we do require a minimum of two nights.

What is the parking like

There is street parking right in front of the home that can accommadate up to two SUVS, or three sedans.

How do i access the house when i arrive

Check-in is simple and contactless. The guesthouse is equipped with a smart lock — once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you the address along with your personalized entry code and step-by-step directions.
